This project will feature a 2-lot subdivision that will create 2 single family homes with mortgage helpers. Perfect for young families and older couples, we will use high-end interior finishings so the user can live in luxury and comfort. The mortgage helpers will be a useful income source for the user, as it is also highly encouraged by the City of Richmond as a means of providing affordable housing options to potential tenants.
